Chris Wargny has been inspecting homes since 1999 and has inspected over 1500 homes. Coming from a manufacturing engineering background, with supervisory experience for the previous 15 years, the prerequisites necessary for this line of work were already in place. Prior to that, his experience in the sales of a variety of different products contributed to his ability to understand the Real Estate Sales process and the concerns of his clients. His experience includes both residential and commercial inspections.
