We can normally arrange to inspect your property within 48 hours. Our clients are urged to meet the inspector at the property to participate in the inspection. Call to arrange an appointment.

Home Inspections for homes and town homes with a contract price above $250,000.00 will priced be 1/10th of 1% ($1.00 per thousand) of the contract sale price of the home.
Homes over 100 years of age add $25.00.
(They demand additional attention)
Each duplicate system add $25.00 (Heating and Central Cooling, Electrical, Structure of each Outbuilding after primary garage.)
Radon test (Maryland only): $80.00
