A Home Inspection is an evaluation and visual inspection of the physical structure and systems of a home. It is a functional check of the major systems and appliances in the house.

A Home Inspection should include a verbal and written report given as part of a whole house walk through. An inspection should include discussion on the proper workings, care and operation of all major systems.
